Scheduling Policies

Pre-appointment details

Be on time for your appointment. If you arrive early, understand that doesn’t guarantee you will be seen earlier than your scheduled time. Wear loose comfortable clothing as well as clean, cotton underwear, no thongs or lace. If you are scheduling for a facial wax, be sure to arrive with a clean, fresh face. You may need to wipe away any present makeup.

Cancellation policies

Clients can choose to reschedule or cancel up to 24hrs prior to the scheduled appointment. Your deposit will also go towards the updated appointment. If your appointment is rescheduled more than twice, you will forfeit your deposit. Your appointment will be cancelled, and you will need to pay a new deposit to be seen.

Payment policies

There is a 9min grace period. If you are going to be late, please call as soon as you realize. After the first five minutes, your service may need to be adjusted based on the wax specialists schedule and discretion. If you are walking in nine minutes after your scheduled appointment, it will be to reschedule your appointment in person. You will also be responsible for the necessary cancellation fees. A 20% deposit is required for all appointments. Cancellations are charged 50% of your service total, No-Shows are charged 100% of your service total. Cashapp and Paypal are available.
